Victor Fenech studied at the Lyceum, the University of Malta and the Institute of the University of London where he specialised in writing and book production. His favourite medium is poetry, hence his book Victor Fenech - Il-Poeżiji. Together with Luciano Micallef, this year he launched the book ‘Journey – Writings and Artworks’. He is the man behind the primary school book series Id-Denfil and for many years he was the editor of Sagħtar, the magazine published for all Maltese students, by the Malta Union of Teachers. He is a winner of the National Book Council Literary Award for the Maltese translation of The Prophet and Old Folk Tales of the Maltese Islands. Aside from books he love music, art, football and cinema.
